About Our Founder Director & CEO – Mr. Anand Pandey
With 24 years of experience in Industrial Electrical & Electronics, Anand Pandey is the Director & CEO of HSM Hydro Control Pvt. Ltd., leading sales operations in the West Zone since 2012. He previously served as an Electronics Consultant for Hagglunds Drives India (2007-2012), supporting low-speed, high-torque hydraulic systems across India. Earlier, as Application Manager at Rexroth (2005-2007), he specialized in mobile hydraulics and control systems for earth-moving equipment. Anand Pandey began his career as an Engineer at Kalyani Steels in 2001, building a strong foundation in the industry.

About Our Managing Director – Mr. C. Muthu Kumar
With 22 years of experience in the hydraulics industry, Mr. C. Muthu Kumar is the Managing Director of HSM Hydro Control Pvt. Ltd. since 2015. He is responsible for overseeing sales, service operations, and the manufacturing of hydraulic systems and cylinders, along with after-sales support.
Previously, Mr. Muthu Kumar served as Manager – Aftermarket at Hagglunds Drives India from 2003 to 2015, providing pan-India technical support for Hägglunds products, including troubleshooting, new projects, and retrofitting hydraulic systems across industries like pulp and paper, sugar, material handling, and marine.
He also worked at Bosch Rexroth, Bangalore, gaining experience in various roles including quality control, production of hydraulic systems, and commissioning in mobile hydraulics for earth-moving equipment. His career began as an Engineer at Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. in 2002.
